"I can never beg Davido and Wizkid for help" - Late Dagrin's mother

Dagrin, the mother of a native rapper who passed away 13 years before, made a request for assistance from Nigerians by describing her dire circumstances and asking for money.

Recall that Dagrin was involved in an automobile accident and fell into a coma for eight days before passing away.

In a viral video, Dagrin's mother discussed how she still sells food by the roadside despite being elderly and how the money she makes is not enough to maintain her family.

She described avoiding certain regions to avoid being recognized by particular people in an attempt to provide for herself.

She was advised to ask well-known Afrobeats musicians like Davido or Olamide for assistance, but she balked, saying it would be difficult to beg them for money since she saw them as her own children.

Dagrin's mother lamented her miserable condition and begged for a decent location for her family to reside. She begged Nigerians to give her between N3 million and N5 million so that she could start a company.

“Please I am poor and I want Nigerians to come and help me, I currently sell food by the roadside but the stress is too much and I am getting really old, I need accommodation, please Nigerians I need like N3Million- N5Million, I can’t go and beg Rapper Olamide for money because it is somehow as he is not an Elder, I look at him like a son”, she said.
