Kalidou Koulibaly has explained why he chose to join Club Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia.
The international Senegal player has finalized his transfer from Chelsea to the Saudi Arabia Pro League on a hefty deal. 

Koulibaly, who played for Chelsea for only one season, said that his decision to relocate was motivated by the need to provide for his family. 

In his Senegalese hamlet, Kalidou Koulibaly is constructing a clinic for his residents. He claims that he needs the money to promote initiatives for Senegalese youth.

According to Reportminds.com, Kalidou Koulibaly is now the highest-paid player in Africa as a result of the agreement. 

The former Napoli player makes £412,000 per week at Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia.
