Jack Grealish girlfriend, Sasha Attwood reflect on Man City's Champions League celebration with him in Instabul (Photos)

Sasha Attwood has paid dedication to her treble-winning teammate Jack Grealish following a "incredible few days."

After Manchester City defeated Inter Milan to win the Champions League, the fashion designer joined the Manchester City player in the celebration.

The City star's girlfriend shared some nice images on her Instagram feed. She was seen in one of the pictures kissing Grealish after the game in Instabul. 

Grealish and Sasha have been dating since they were 16 years old.

Supposedly, Jack Grealish and Sasha met at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Secondary School in Solihull, West Midlands, where they both attended.

And now, they have accomplished the greatest feat in club football together.

After a few days of celebrating and finally getting some downtime, Sasha posted on Instagram.

She wrote: "Champions x3💙💙💙💙.

"The most incredible few days what an achievement.

"So beyond proud, lots of happy tears & no sleep with memories to last a life time. What a team 💙💙💙💙."
