Lisandro Martinez is clearly seen working out in the Manchester United training gear in the photos above, and he appears to be in great shape. This is great news for all United supporters because it likely means that Martinez will be joining the team on its preseason tour, which is set to begin next month.
Remember that the Argentina international suffered an injury a few months back during Manchester United's Europa League match against Sevilla, and he has been out ever since.
A surgery was reportedly performed on his wounded ankle as soon as he sustained the accident, and it seems that he has totally healed.
From Amsterdam Giant, Lisandro Martinez moved to Manchester United for an estimated transfer cost of 65 million euros.
During his first season at Old Trafford, Martinez played in 45 matches across all competitions. He quickly became a fan favorite and Ten Hag's first choice after joining him at Ajax.
