Following Monday's parade for the Triple Crown, Nathan Ake's mind would not have been as foggy as Jack Grealish's for Manchester City.
Fans were still able to enjoy the open-top bus procession with the Champions League, Premier League, and FA Cup trophies despite it practically pouring on the parade.
Before anything else started, the players came on the Manchester Metrolink, and in classic Grealish form, Ruben Dias had to assist Grealish in getting off the bus.
The forward has already been seen looking less than stellar after the game and before the squad flew to Ibiza to celebrate before the parade.
It came as no surprise when he revealed that he hadn't slept since Istanbul's final whistle on Saturday night declared them the first-ever champions of Europe.
The former Chelsea footballer said to SPORTbible in an exclusive interview that he has only ever been drunk during weddings."I'd always hear stories when I was younger," he explained.
"When you meet older people and you ask them why they aren’t playing anymore, they’d often come back and say, 'I was going out too much' or 'I was drinking, clubbing and I got injured.'
"All of these excuses.
"Growing up, I always wanted to be a professional footballer. I always wanted to do well and reach the highest level possible. I never wanted to be able to make those excuses."
