PSG star Kylian Mbappe dedicate his goal against Clermont to Sergio Rico, who is currently hospitalized

Kylian Mbappé holds up teammate Sergio Rico's jersey as he celebrates his goal. 

The French international's penalty kick goal gave PSG a 2-1 advantage against Clermont Foot. 

In their last Ligue 1 match, Paris Saint-Germain played Clermont at Parc des Princes. 

Sergio Ramos's header for the Christopher Galtier side gave them the lead before Mbappe's penalty made it two goals to one.

He was spotted holding up a picture of the goalie, who is 29 years old, as he celebrated his goal. 

Following a weekend horseback riding mishap, Rico is now receiving serious treatment.

Last week Sunday, while he was riding, Sergio Rico fell, and the horse struck him in the neck region.
