Roma latest team to suffer Kim Kardashian curse after Sevilla win Europa League in Budapest (Photos)

After Sevilla won the Europa League once again, the Kim Kardashian curse was "confirmed."

An photograph of Kardashian wearing a vintage Giallorossi jersey reappeared on social media after Sevilla beat Roma in Budapest on Wednesday to win the UEFA Europa League, sparking speculations that the "Kardashian soccer curse" is really quite real.

Kardashian was seen in Los Angeles in January while wearing a 1997–98 Roma jersey. Google searches for the garment increased after 42-year-old Kardashian was shown wearing it.

Unfortunately for modern Roma, Kardashian's jersey selection seems to have been unlucky.

 On Wednesday, Jose Mourinho's team seized the lead after 34 minutes, but they let up an equalizer in the 55th minute and lost 4-1 on penalties, securing Sevilla's sixth Europa League title.
