Zlatan Ibrahimovic reduced to tears as AC Milan bid final farewell to the 42 years old striker

In the season's last game, Zlatan Ibrahimovic received an emotional send-off from AC Milan.

The 42-year-old Swedish international is planning to announce his retirement.

The final match between AC Milan and Verona on Sunday night didn't include Ibrahimovic. 

At the San Siro, the Rossoneri won 3-1. The two goals scored by Oliver Giroud and Rafael Leao in the first half were enough to secure the three points. 

Ibrahimovic was overcome with emotion as the San Siro supporters cheered him on.
