Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli video call Barcelona's Pedri ahead of pre-season friendly

Prior their friendly match, Barcelona and Arsenal players engaged in an imitated FaceTime call.

On Thursday in the United States of America, Arsenal is anticipated to play Spanish team Barcelona. 

The Gunners have set up camp in the United States and have been practicing with friendlies in preparation for the next season. 

Arsenal's Bukayo Saka was seen on camera speaking to Barcelona's Pedri about their impending encounter at the SoFi Stadium in California, USA, during the promotion for the event.

The video featured Pedri and Aleix Balde from Barcelona as well as Arsenal talents Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.

The trio engage in a fictitious FaceTime discussion with Pedri, 20, in which they discuss the "young talents" that will be on display.

Fans do not share Martinelli's excitement for the match, despite his claims that he was "buzzing" about it. 

Mikel Arteta will be looking for a comeback from his team after their loss to Manchester United the previous time out when the Gunners resume their preseason on Thursday against Barcelona.
