After eight years of marriage to Richard Lawson, her second husband and Beyonce's father, Tina Knowles has filed for divorce.
According to TMZ, Tina, 69, filed the petition on Wednesday, claiming 'irreconcilable differences' as the cause of the breakup.
According to the records the journal was able to get, the entrepreneur and fashion designer, whose house was recently burglarized, cited Tuesday as the day of separation.
Additionally, Tina requests that Richard, 76, or herself be barred from receiving spousal support in the court records.
Tina, whose birth name was Celestine Ann Beyonce, changed it to Celestine Lawson when she married Richard. She apparently wants to change it back to Celestine Knowles, her ex-husband's name.
Beyonce, a famous daughter, is 41 years old, and Solange, a singer and actress, is 37. Tina has two children in total with her first husband Mathew Knowles, 71.
