Chelsea reject West Ham £40m bid for Conor Gallagher

Chelsea have rejected West Ham's first proposal of roughly £40 million with add-ons for Conor Gallagher.

The Hammers are yet to identify a successor for skipper Declan Rice, who left the club. 

Chelsea chose to refuse after consulting internally and with Mauricio Pochettino.

West Ham is still interested, but Chelsea wants at least £50 million to sell Conor.
