Ex vice-president Yemi Osinbajo is appointed to a new position

Professor Yemi Osinbajo, the former Vice President, has a new job after leaving office. 

Professor Yemi Osinbajo, the immediate ex Vice President, has received a new assignment a month and a half after departing Aso Rock, Abuja. 

According to reports, Osinbajo announced his appointment as Global Advisor to the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet. 

On Tuesday, July 11, he announced this via his official Twitter account @ProfOsinbajo. "I am excited to announce that I have been appointed Global Advisor to Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet @EnergyAlliance. Together, we will work to unlock capital flows into the clean energy sector and boost Africa's share in the global carbon market through #ACMI"
