Fabinho agrees personal terms with Saudi Arabia Club Al Ittihad

Fabinho allegedly granted the go-ahead for a transfer, and Liverpool and Al-Ittihad are now negotiating the "key details" of the midfielder's prospective move to the Saudi Arabian champions.

Fabinho has been left out of the Reds' squad for their preseason training camp in Germany while negotiations continue; he is said to have been the target of a £40 million proposal from Nuno Espirito Santo's team.

The former Monaco player is still under Jurgen Klopp's contract for another three years, although his performance suffered during Liverpool's difficult 2022–23 campaign.

Although it is unknown if Liverpool has accepted Al-Ittihad's offer, Fabrizio Romano claims that Fabinho has now reached a personal agreement with the Saudi Pro League champions after speaking with Espirito Santo.

Romano adds that the two clubs are still negotiating the deal's finer points, including the conditions of Al-Ittihad's £40 million payment, installments, and any prospective add-ons.
