Rangers wrapped up Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers' contract with Cremonese

Cyriel Dessers's contract with the Cremonese has been finished by the Rangers.

In this summer's transfer window, the Super Eagles of Nigeria striker is anticipated to sign with the Scottish team. 

According to sports writer Fabrizio Romano, Rangers will pay a €5 million fee plus an additional €1.5 million.

The former Genk attacker, who has a solid goal-scoring record, struggled to make an immediate impact for Cremonese in Serie A last season.

Cyriel Dessers only scored six goals in 26 Serie A appearances for Cremonese last year.
