Gloria Carter, the mother of American rap entrepreneur Shawn Corey Carter, better known as Jay-Z, married Roxanne Wilshire after dating the woman for many years.
On Sunday, July 2nd, at night, the pair wed in Tribeca, New York City.
On "Smile," a song from his 2017 album 4:44, Jay-Z spoke about his mother coming out to him.
The lyrics reads....
