Romelu Lukaku's asking price of £35 million has been reduced by Chelsea owing to a lack of interest.
The 30-year-old continues to play for Chelsea's Under-21 team with Callum Hudson-Odoi and Malang Sarr, although he has not yet spoken with head coach Mauricio Pochettino.
Lukaku originally piqued Pochettino's attention, but the Belgian seems disinterested in reviving his career in west London.
All loan bids are flatly rejected by Chelsea, who will only consider permanent transfers.
Lukaku, who cost the previous owners £100 million to acquire from Inter Milan in 2021, continues to be the club's highest-paid player, taking in £325,000 every week.
Chelsea will accept Juventus' bid of £35 million as long as they also are paid £50 million for striker Dusan Vlahovic.
Chelsea turned down the chance to accept Vlahovic in part exchange to speed up the transfer because to his high wages and injury difficulties. They are now reliant on a last-minute Vlahovic sale by a European club to clear up cash for Lukaku.
Al-Hilal has also withdrew from the competition after acquiring Aleksandar Mitrovic this past weekend for £46 million. The fact that a prospective Saudi route is no longer a possibility causes anxiety.
