Dembele has told me that he wants to leave Barcelona - Xavi Hernandez

Xavi Hernandez have confirmed that Ousmane Dembele want to leave Barcelona this summer. 

Following Tuesday's 1-0 friendly victory against AC Milan in Las Vegas, FC Barcelona head coach Xavi Hernandez criticized Ousmane Dembele's impending transfer to Paris Saint-Germain.

Since Sunday, several rumors have strongly suggested that Dembele would join the Ligue 1 winners. Despite this, Dembele has continued to travel from Dallas, where he scored the first goal in a 3-0 Clasico triumph against Real Madrid. 

Dembele will be sold by Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain for the pitiful sum of €50 million (about $55 million). 

Dembele told the team that he has a proposition from PSG and that he wants to go there, according to Xavi. 

Xavi Hernandez said: "that that he has a proposal from PSG, that he wants to go there, [and] today he has not played for that reason."

"It is a pity. It tastes bad to me. [I'm] a little disappointed yes, we have taken great care of him here," Xavi, who took Dembele under his wing when fans were booing him for not renewing and demanded that he be sent to the stands, the Barcelona boss concluded.
