Dominic Calvert-Lewin will miss another game after suffering a suspected broken cheekbone in Everton's 4-0 loss to Aston Villa.
The Toffees suffered their straight defeat in the Premier League last week at Villa Park.
The 26-year-old Calvert-Lewin was replaced after 38 minutes because of a collision with Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez when he was vying for the ball.
The English international has a bruised face and will have more evaluation this week from the club's medical team.
It's been gathered that Calvert-Lewin has suffered with injuries and scored only twice in the league since August 2021, totaling just two goals for the whole previous season.
