Eniola Badmus, a Nollywood actress, has spoken out in response to Nigerian TikToker Okoye Blessing Nwakego's prison sentence.

Remember that the actor had detained Okoye and would have to substantiate and prove the charge in court.

A federal high court in Lagos condemned Nwakaego on Wednesday to three years in jail with the possibility of a N100,000 fine.

The TikToker was subsequently charged with two counts of potential cyberstalking in court.

Eniola addressed the subject in a post on Instagram and questioned why individuals would indulge in false accusations against others.

The actress also recalls being body shamed because she is plus-sized and ridiculed for her political party preference during the election.

The well-known Yoruba actress emphasized that even famous people have flaws and that she often overlooks such criticism, but the most recent defamation prompted her to become a role model for others.
