Santi Cazorla, a former midfielder for Arsenal, has joined Real Oviedo of the Segunda Division.

The 37-year-old, who left Qatari team Al-Sadd earlier this summer, is reportedly returning to his childhood club and has agreed to a one-year deal.
Santi Cazorla has returned to Real Oviedo, the club where he spent his formative years. The Spanish midfielder allegedly asked for the Segunda Division's minimum pay of only €1.5k per week in order to play again for Real Oviedo.
The former Arsenal playmaker agreed to give up his image rights in exchange for the club receiving 10% of the proceeds from the sale of his shirts.
