In the history of the Premier League, Liverpool and Chelsea have posed serious challenges to one another, and last season, both clubs drew both at home and away.

Both sides have made significant additions to their squads, but Chelsea has failed to find any viable players for some key positions like defensive midfield.

Chelsea continues to prioritize Moises Caicedo as the candidate for that position, and they may soon come to an agreement with Brighton.

Jurgen Klopp, however, played a mind trick with his declaration before to Chelsea's Premier League debut following today's preseason victory. On his team's preparation for the contest, Klopp commented

"It's clear, we looked fresh and good, in the next six days we have to find a formation for Chelsea and not for the whole.
