Moisés Caicedo has received an official offer from Liverpool, which Brighton Hove Albion is about to accept.

According to sports writer Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool's offer might smash the all-time English transfer record and cost up to £110 million.

Jurgen Klopp, the manager of Liverpool, will speak to the media this morning before to the Reds' season-opening match against Chelsea on Sunday.

On Sunday, the Reds will travel to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea in the first match of their Premier League season.

Moisés Caicedo will likely be included in Jurgen Klopp's matchday roster for the contest.

Midfielder Moises Caicedo has been acquired by Liverpool in a sensational £110 million deal with Brighton.

Romeo Lavia of Southampton had been rumored to be joining Liverpool this week, but Chelsea has entered the picture and has submitted a £48 million offer.

However, it seems as if Liverpool has reacted similarly to Chelsea by making a fast move for Caicedo and maybe landing their man.
