Cole Palmer, a winger for Manchester City, will now be a Chelsea player for £40 million plus £5 million in add-ons.
It's been gathered that a transfer to Stamford Bridge has already been agreed by the 21-year-old. Personal terms are anticipated to be formalities, and a medical appointment is now being planned.
The attacker, who was on the periphery of Pep Guardiola's team, was acquired by the Blues after an initial £35 million approach was turned down on Wednesday.
