Nottingham Forest leading striker Taiwo Awoniyi ruled out of their EPL Clash with Arsenal

In Saturday's Premier League match between Nottingham Forest and Arsenal, Taiwo Awoniyi won't participate.

The Steve Cooper team's Premier League season will begin with a trip to the Emirates Stadium to take on Arsenal.

After recuperating from an ankle ailment, the Nigerian international recently started training again.

Prior to his team's travel to the Emirates Stadium, Cooper announced to the media that Awoniyi won't be playing for his team.

If you remember, Forest avoided being relegated from the Premier League last season thanks to Taiwo Awoniyi's lone goal against Arsenal.

Awoniyi led the team in goals scored in the Premier League last year with 10 goals.
