If you remember, the Lionesses defeated Nigeria 4-2 in the FIFA Women's World Cup.
Nigeria's Super Falcons were knocked out of the Women's FIFA World Cup after losing to England in the round of 16.
President Tinubu resorted to Twitter to express his thoughts on the performance of Nigeria's Super Falcons in their last encounter against England.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu went to social media to applaud the Super Falcons' work in the FIFA Women's World Cup, saying that the team's great performance did not go unnoticed despite the ultimate result.
"I must commend the effort by our Super Falcons @NGSuper_Falcons at the FIFA Women's World Cup. Your brilliant performance did not go unnoticed despite the final outcome.." Said, President Tinubu.
