Bruno Fernandes displays outstanding performance as Portugal thrashed Luxembourg 9-0

Bruno Fernandes, the captain of Manchester United, guided Portugal to a historic victory against Luxembourg.

Bruno Fernandes contributed to Portugal's 9-0 hammering of Luxembourg in the Euro 2024 qualifying match, which was their largest margin of victory ever.

Last night, Portugal improved on its previous three 8-0 victories. Fernandes set the example as led his team to as emphatic win in the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo who missed out due to suspension. 

Manchester United's star was personally involved in four of the nine goals, with three assists and one goal.

Jota, Gonçalo Ramos and Gonçalo Inácio scored two goals each for Portugal.
