On Sunday afternoon of this week, Chelsea will entertain Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge.
Armando Broja, who has been sidelined since December with an ACL injury, may join the matchday squad, according to rumors.
The young striker missed the entire last season following the injury but Pochettino isn't in a hurry to start him against Villa
“Broja will maybe be involved at the weekend,” he said. “But it’s after nine months that he’s not competing.
“We cannot expect Broja to arrive to score every single touch, he needs time to feel the competition and start to perform in the way we expect he can.”
Chelsea haven't been convincing this season after five games, winning just one game which was against Luton Town
Last weekend, Chelsea were held to a goalless draw at the Vitality stadium.
