Erling Haaland has discovered his inner Viking after dressing up for a one-time picture session in a Norwegian fjord.
The star striker for Manchester City has established himself as one of the best in the world of football, but recently took some time away from his hectic schedule to visit his own country for a unique chance.
Vikings have a long-standing association with Norway, and City fans have been seen dressing in traditional attire to honor Haaland's past before games. Haaland has now become involved personally.
The 23-year-old partnered with famous fine-art photographer David Yarrow as the two made camp in the shallows of a chilly Norwegian fjord for the unique photo session.
Haaland, who typically wears his golden hair up in a ponytail, is holding up a classic Viking axe and shield while wearing boots and a fur chest covering.
