Barcelona star Gavi set yet another club record this weekend's matchup with Osasuna.
Over the last year, the 19-year-old has solidified his place as an important member of Xavi's squad, and the La Roja star is now using his former manager's old number.
He has had a spectacular rise for both club and country, and as a result of his first La Liga championship in 2022–2023, he is now a lock for both teams.
However, the youngster will have extra reason to go to Osasuna this weekend since he'll be making his 100th appearance for Barcelona.
At 19 years and 32 days old, he will be playing in his 74th La Liga match and is on pace to make 100 professional appearances for Barcelona, becoming the club's youngest player to do so.
Bojan Krkic, a former La Masia graduate, held the previous record at the age of 19 years, 84 days, and Gavi will likely earn his 22nd Spain cap the following week.
