Jude Bellingham has surpassed Marcus Rashford as the most popular English player on Instagram.

Unquestionably, Jude Bellingham is having one of his greatest seasons of his football career.

One of the top players in the world in his position is the 20-year-old English midfielder.

Following a standout individual year for Borussia Dortmund, the gifted Englishman signed a lucrative contract with Real Madrid, which also saw a substantial increase in his social media following.

Jude Bellingham has the highest Instagram followers of any current English football player as of September 2023.

Just before completing his move to Real Madrid, Jude Bellingham noticed a surge in his following, which peaked at 9.93 million.

However, once Real Madrid confirmed his transfer in an Instagram post on June 16, Bellingham's Instagram following grew to 11.7 million, a gain of 1.77 million in less than two weeks.

With 16.8 million followers, the Madrid midfielder has overtaken both Bayern Munich attacker Harry Kane (16 million followers) and Manchester United youngster Marcus Rashford (16.5 million followers).
