The new home and away jerseys for Akwa United's 2023–24 Nigeria Premier Football League campaign have been officially announced.
It was gathered that the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo served as the location for the unveiling event.
The historic club colors of orange and white, which are also the official colors of Akwa Ibom State, are used in the design of the new shirts.
At their first game of the 2023–24 season against Bayelsa United on Sunday at the Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenagoa, Akwa United will play in the new uniform.
The new jerseys are available to fans at the club shops.
