Emmanuel Dennis has been signed by Istanbul Basaksehir in the Turkish Super Lig. He formerly played for Nottingham Forest.

According to reports, the former Watford striker has made the choice to spend the rest of the season on loan with the former Turkish Super Lig winners. Despite this, Nottingham Forest chose to incorporate a no-buy clause in the agreement.

Following his transfer from Watford, the 25-year-old failed to get into games at Nottingham Forest last season.

Emmanuel Dennis reportedly made only nine appearances for Steve Cooper's team.

The Nigerian striker scored twice in 16 league games for Nottingham Forest this past season.

Meanwhile, Emmanuel Dennis was given the choice to join Instabul Basaksehir due to the not having game time at the City Ground.

Emmanuel Dennis will look for additional playing time prior to the 2024 African Cup of Nations in order to be selected to play for Nigeria.
