Real Madrid have confirmed that Vinicus Jnr has pulled out of squad ahead of Atlético Madrid game

Real Madrid have been dealt an injury blow after the Los Blancos revealed that Vincius will miss Madrid derby tonight. 

Vinicius Jr. reportedly withdrew from the Real Madrid team for the match against Atletico Madrid.

Vinicius has gastroenteritis and won't be able to participate in the Madrid derby because of it.

This comes as a huge blow for Carlo Ancelotti side who will want to respond after their rival Barcelona defeated Celta Vigo 3-2 last night.

The Brazil attacker, who had only recently returned from a hamstring injury, was a surprising inclusion in the lineup for the match on Sunday.

Vinicius Jnr will not be able to participate in this evening's game, according to Real Madrid. 

According to reports, Vinicius has gastroenteritis, which Real Madrid said in a statement.
