Sergio Ramos burst into tears on his unveiling at his boyhood club Sevilla

Sergio Ramos sobbed inconsolably when he returned to Sevilla after completing the move back to his boyhood club. 

The former Real Madrid captain joined Sevilla on a free transfer after leaving PSG on a free transfer. 

Following his presentation as a new Sevilla player, he burst into tears as he recalled how fans booed him on his debut game 18 years ago. 

In 2018, Ramos' granddad sobbed as Sevilla supporters jeered the then-Real Madrid star.

Ramos joined Los Blancos after playing 50 times for Sevilla, where he won five league crowns and four Champions Leagues.

And in 2018, as his granddad was weeping, he was abused by home supporters after scoring twice for Real against Sevilla.

Ramos, who has 180 caps and holds the record for most appearances for Spain, spoke candidly about the difficult period in his first interview with Sevilla.
