Thomas Partey participated for 45 minutes in Ghana's last-night loss to Mexico.
The former Atletico Madrid midfielder was replaced at halftime, although it was a premeditated move made in consultation with the Arsenal physio staff.
Simon Murphy, the first-team physiotherapist for Arsenal, is once again with Thomas Partey while he is serving his country to ensure that he returns from his trip completely ready to take on Chelsea the following weekend.
The 30-year-old midfielder will be hoped to remain in top form throughout the season by Mikel Arteta.
Remember that last week, when Arsenal overcame Manchester City, Partey returned from injury.
Thomas Partey's groin injury during training has kept him out of action since August.
