Eden Hazard, a former Real Madrid player, scores during charity game in France weeks after his retirement

Eden Hazard, who just retired, put his boots back on earlier today to participate in a charity game in France.

In a charity game in Calais, it seems that Eden Hazard scored once and provided three assists, barely one week after he announced his retirement from professional football.

Remember that the 33-year-old Belgian international chose to stop playing football after having a terrible time at Real Madrid? 

Since his arrival at the Santiago Bernabeu, Eden Hazard has failed to provide his best performance. 

While explaining reason for his early retirement, he said he wasn't enjoying the game anymore. 

He said, “I always said that I would stop playing as soon as I no longer had fun on the field”.

Eden Hazard then revealed that he didn't want to move to another club because of money after he was released by Real Madrid. 

He added that he didn't enjoy training and decided to quit, “I didn't want to go play somewhere for the money. I didn't enjoy training... and I didn't play anymore. The decision was simple”, Hazard told L’Avenir.

The former Chelsea player wore No. 10 for today's charity match between Team Calais and Le Varietes Club de France.

It was reported that numerous celebrities, including Didier Deschamps, Claude Puel, and Yohan Cabaye in the midfield, participated in the match.

Then While Jens Lehmann was in goal, the defensive line included Mathieu Debuchy, Laurent Blanc, Daniel Van Buyten, and Christian Karembeu. 

In the meantime The game collected over £12,900 for Pieces Jaunes (Yellow Pieces), a charity that supports kids and teens in hospitals.
