Recalls that after being announced as a Mavin Records artist in 2021, Ayra Starr became a household name with the publication of her first extended play bearing the same name and the smash single "Away."

She wrote on her social media space, “[I] Will forever be grateful for where I am in life. God really blessed me.

“6 years ago, this used to be me selling vegetables and fruits with my grandma, singing for whoever wanted to hear me. Now people are paying to watch me perform.”
