André Onana have expressed his excitement after crucial penalty save for Man United against Copenhagen.


The Red Devils secured their first victory in the UEFA Champions League group stage this season.

Erik ten Hag side lost their last two games against Bayern Munich and Galatasaray respectively.

It was learnt that Manchester United needed to win in order to keep their hopes of progressing into the next stage of the competition.

One of the talking point was Onana's stoppage time penalty save secured the result for Manchester united at the end of 90th-minute


Just before then, Harry Maguire's goal gave Man United the lead in a must-win UCL game against Copenhagen at Old Trafford stadium.

The 28-year-old English defender started the game for the Red Devils due to injuries to Erik ten Hag preferred defenders.

Maguire who had faced several criticism scored the only goal of the game with a close range header


Then, Manchester united conceded a penalty in stoppage time but Onana guessed the right way to prevent the ball from entering the net.

Speaking after the game, he said: 'I’m just doing my job. We have to keep going like that, never stop”
