Victor Osimhen, a striker for Napoli, is irate after club owner Aurelio De Laurentiis recently commented on his contractual position.
Osimhen, whose contract has fewer than two years left, may be sold, Laurentiis said in an interview with Mediaset.
Osimhen and the Serie A winners have a verbal agreement, but he has not yet agreed to a new deal.
According to GIFN, Roberto Calenda, the forward's agent, is angry over De Laurentiis' remark and he and his client are considering moving away from Naples.
The 24-year-old is reportedly out of commission right now after hurting his thigh while on international duty last weekend.
In his 10 appearances for Napoli this new season, Victor Osimhen has scored six goals in all competitions.
