The VAR audio from Liverpool's contentious loss to Tottenham has finally been made available by PGMOL, the organization that oversees referees in the Premier League.
In a game full of controversial situations, Liverpool lost 2-1 on Saturday at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Referee Simon Hooper dismissed Curtis Jones and Diogo Jota from Jurgen Klopp's team, and in the sixth minute of stoppage time, Joel Matip's own goal gave Tottenham a thrilling victory.
Following the game, PGMOL acknowledged that a goal by Liverpool winger Luis Diaz was erroneously disallowed for offside due to "significant human error" when the score was still 0-0.
Following an exceptionally rapid examination by VAR, Darren England, in which the typical offside line graphic was not shown, Diaz's score was disallowed.
