The Federal Capital Territory's Chief District Court in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, has prohibited on-air personality Kayode Oladotun, also known as Do2dtun, from disparaging musician Oladapo Oyebanjo, nicknamed D'banj, on any online forum.

The court also mandated that the Force Intelligence Bureau's Deputy Inspector of Police look into a criminal complaint filed by D'banj against Do2dtun within a two-week and provide a report to the court.

On October 18, 2023, Justice Emmanuel Iyanna issued an injunction in the matter with Motion No. MN/218/2023; a certified accurate copy of the ruling that our reporter received exclusively disclosed the injunction.

Additionally, it has been reported that the court instructed the Deputy Inspector of Police, Force Intelligence Bureau, to look into a criminal complaint filed by D'banj against Do2dtun and provide a report to the court within two weeks.

Do2dtun has been criticizing D'banj in a number of postings on X (previously Twitter) and Instagram over the last several weeks. In 2013, the OAP wed Taiwo, D'banj's sister, and the couple had two daughters.

Recent claims by Do2dtun that he was denied access to his daughter were refuted by Taiwo, her ex-husband.

She said that the performer had access to their children, in contrast to what her ex-husband had claimed about custody of their children.

Taiwo described the torture she had endured in her marriage, including physical and mental assault, and how Do2dtun had driven her to the hospital to have a compelled abortion of a five-month pregnancy.
