Zlatan Ibrahimovic has slammed former boss Pep Guardiola, calling him a "spineless coward" with "no b***s."

If you remember, Ibrahimovic signed a record-breaking contract to join Barcelona in 2009.

In 29 games for the club, the Swedish international went on to score 16 goals.

Ibrahimovic did, however, provide some insight into his relationship with Guardiola at the club, stating that he 'no longer had the freedom on the field' he need to perform since he had become unnecessary.

'When I met, he told me: "Remember, the players here do not come with Ferraris."

'What did I do? Of course. I brought my f***ing Ferrari. I yelled: "You haven't got any balls!" and worse than that I added: "You can go to hell!"

'I completely lost it, and you might have expected Guardiola to say a few words in response, but he's a spineless coward.

'He just picked up the metal box, like a little caretaker, and then left, never to mention it again, not a word.'
