Former Manchester City Striker Escapes Serious Injury in Brescia Crash
Mario Balotelli, the renowned former Manchester City striker, emerged unharmed after a significant car accident in his hometown of Brescia. Reports from the Italian newspaper Fatto Quotidiano indicate that the incident took place in Orzinuovi around 8.30pm.
The collision involved Balotelli's Audi Q8, resulting in a collision with a wall that triggered the deployment of airbags within the vehicle. Despite the impact, fortunately, the footballer avoided sustaining severe injuries.
Currently plying his trade for Turkish club Adana Demirspor, Balotelli was recuperating from an injury and was back home at the time of the accident. The incident occurred during his recovery period.
