Mohbad's Death: Naira Marley And Sam Larry Granted Bail After Weeks In Detention

Naira Marley, a popular rapper, and socialite Sam Larry were allegedly given bail after being detained for weeks on suspicion of being involved in Mohbad's killing.

According to reports, the two must each furnish three sureties and twenty million naira to complete their bail requirements.

As an extra condition of their bail, the court mandated that they surrender their foreign passports and appear in person at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) each week.

In addition, the magistrate overseeing the case issued a strong warning, making it clear that any effort to contact her would be recorded and may potentially be made public during court proceedings.

Recall that Naira Marely and Sam Larry were detained upon their arrival back in the nation due to their connection to the demise of the late musician Mohbad.

Further conjecture over Sam Larry's possible role in Mohbad's murder was sparked by a video that purportedly showed him attempting to attack the actor while he was on set.
