Manchester United's Midfielder Set to Join Eintracht Frankfurt in January

Manchester United's midfielder, Donny van de Beek, has recently reached a preliminary agreement to embark on a loan journey with Eintracht Frankfurt. This anticipated move, disclosed by renowned sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, is slated to take place in January during the upcoming transfer window.

The Dutch footballer is inclined towards a loan tenure until June, inclusive of a buy option valuing at €15 million, with additional add-ons forming part of the potential package.

Van de Beek's tenure at Old Trafford has been beset by challenges since his transfer from Ajax in 2020. During his three seasons with the Red Devils, the midfielder has found himself in the starting lineup for just six Premier League matches.

Notably, in the latter half of the 2021-2022 season, Van de Beek was loaned to Everton. However, his time at the club was marked by limited playing opportunities, featuring in a mere seven appearances for the Toffees.

The ongoing season has seen Van de Beek's involvement in football amounting to a mere 21 minutes across various competitions, further highlighting the struggle for consistent game time in his career.
