The Algerian captain took to his social media space on Christmas day, December 25th to photo collage of Christmas tree and an explosion which he describes as what's ongoing in Gaza.
Al Ahli winger posted it on his Instastory with a caption of singer DJ Snake "The World".
The former Manchester City winger is a practising Muslim and has continued to keep his support for Gaza despite the ongoing war with Isreal.
The 32-year-old winger joined Saudi Arabia Club Al Ahli at the summer from Manchester City.
Riyad Mahrez has settled into the Saudi Arabia Pro League scoring 8 goals in 18 games played so far.
