Mikel Arteta commends the fiery exchange following their victory at Nottingham Forest
Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, expressed his admiration for the intense confrontation between Oleksandr Zinchenko and Ben White, after their triumphant 2-1 result against Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night.

The confrontation reached a peak at the final whistle as the two players had to be physically separated, spurred by Arsenal conceding a late goal during the match.

Despite Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka giving the Gunners a second-half advantage, Nottingham Forest's Taiwo Awoniyi managed to pull one back in the 89th minute.

Arsenal managed to cling on for the victory, propelling them to second place in the Premier League standings.

In response to the altercation between Zinchenko and White, Arteta commented, “I love it. They are demanding more from each other. They are not happy with the way they conceded and they are just trying to resolve it."

The Gunners are set to return to the Emirates stadium this weekend for a showdown against Liverpool.

Reflecting on his team's performance against Nottingham Forest, Mikel Arteta conceded that his side deserved a clean sheet.

He further elaborated, “It got a bit heated. But that means that it’s enough. Playing the way we played the result has to be bigger and the clean sheet has to be there.”
