West Ham want to sign Arsenal's Emile Smith-Rowe on loan until the end of the season.
The Hammers are looking to exploit the option for the 22-year-old forward who hasn't started a lot of games under Mikel Arteta this season.
Emile Smith-Rowe season with the Gunners has been disturbed with injuries which has limited his playing time at the Emirates stadium.
Sport journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that West Ham have held talks for the possible signing of Smith-Rowe for six months.
Meanwhile Mikel Arteta have reacted to the possible deal with West Ham who have approached for Emile Smith-Rowe.
Arteta has expressed his satisfaction with Emile Smith-Rowe saying: “I’m really happy with Emile, we are very happy”.
“He’s in the right trajectory. He’s settled really well and training very well”.
