It's alleged that on February 13, 2024, during a social event at Eko Hotel within the court's jurisdiction, Cubana Chief Priest engaged in activities that contravened the Central Bank Act of 2007. Specifically, he purportedly tampered with N500 notes, spraying them for a duration of two hours, in violation of Section 21(1) of the said Act.
