Arsenal's Bukayo Saka, who featured in the team's goalless draw against Manchester City, was notably absent from the lineup against Luton Town.

Despite Saka's involvement in the recent match against Manchester City, he was not included in Arsenal's squad for the encounter with Luton Town.

Arsenal reclaimed the top spot in the Premier League standings with two first-half goals during the Luton Town match.

During the international break, Saka raised concerns among Arsenal supporters after withdrawing from England's friendlies against Brazil and Belgium due to injury.

Although Saka arrived with his teammates at the Emirates Stadium for the Luton Town game, he ultimately did not feature in the squad selection.

Explaining Saka's absence, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta clarified that the decision was influenced by the winger's injury concerns following the Manchester City match. Arteta stated, "He had to come off against Manchester City three days ago, he was feeling something... So we have decided not to play him."
